- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆HORRIBLE Store - And Management! Save Time and Don't Support! I will never use this store again. Not only is the manager/owner (Jennifer) incompetent the staff is also. She typed in the address I gave her incorrectly for a package. The package was returned to their store and sat there for over a week without calling me. I received a call from the company that I was shipping to that informed me that they hadn't received the package. I tracked the package and it was just sitting up there in the store. When I spoke to the store staff they stated they hadn't gotten around to calling. Jennifer was never present at the store and when I finally got her she was completely unhelpful and unconcerned and took NO responsibility for her mistake. She claimed since I signed for it that the error was hers but fell on me; and I would have to pay to re-ship Are you serious? I would think that a person that owns a UPS would know how to type an address.By Kimeisha Crum, March 23, 2017
